At Blue Rock Investments we like to try and keep things as transparent as possible. The purchase process is therefore extremely simple.

The transaction from start to finish can be done from the comfort of your own home with no need to visit Bulgaria.

All paperwork is very simple and can be completed via mail. Your advisor will explain everything to you in layman terms and is always just a telephone call away if you need any assistance whatsoever.

A £1000 reservation fee is required to reserve a plot of land and start the purchase process. This reservation fee can be taken over the phone by credit or debit card or you may prefer to do a bank transfer or send a cheque.
